BDO Jordan has selected number of its key employees from all departments to attend the Result Based Planning training that took place in Amman from 22 – 24 May 2011, the aim of the training was to gather all ideas, notes, deficiencies, opportunities and comments concerning the current work process and strategic vision of BDO Jordan to result in a solid Strategic intent that aligns BDO Jordan with its long term vision, market activity, opportunities and challenges.
The team was trained in three days on how to conduct PEST, SWOT and Problem Tree analysis and how to create and implement KPI’s, Logical Framework Matrix and Result Based Management. After grouping the team to conduct round table discussions, use analysis tools and build all relevant matrixes concerning BDO Jordan situation in the market, the team came up with efficient presentations & outcomes that showed all opportunities to catch, all challenges facing Audit & Assurance Services, Tax, Accounting & Payroll services & Business Advisory Services, current weaknesses to overcome and new market sectors to approach.
Furthermore, they worked on generating new Mission, Vision, Strategic goals and objectives based on the obtained SMART results.
The training had a great effect on the attendees, which directed all employees to a clear vision to follow the goals through a result based plan while their presence in BDO Jordan.
