Biography

Mr. Al-Shobaki, JCPA, CPA,  is the Audit & Assurance Director at BDO Jordan. Mr. Al-Shobaki accumulated around 22 years experience in External Audit, Internal Audit, Corporate Finance and Financial Management. He gained a deep experience in providing audit, assurance, outsourcing, financial services, for several major clients. He is also experienced in business valuation, due diligence assignments and in providing the direction of the risk assessment and internal audit engagement. Mr. Al-Shobaki is graduated from the University of Jordan with emphasis on financial accounting. He is licensed to practice in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and is a member of the Institute of Jordanian Certified Public Accountants (JACPA). Also, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a fellow member of the Taxes Society of Certified Public Accountant (TSCPA). In addition, he was licensed to practice the profession in Texas, the United States of America.
