Biography
Dr. Al-Nobani is a Partner (Islamic Financial Advisory Services) in BDO. Dr. Al-Nobani is a specialist and partner in the Islamic Financial Advisory Services in BDO. Her BA degree is on “Fiqh wa Osoul”, her Master degree thesis is on "Insurance from Sharia Point of View” & her PHD dissertation is on “Restructuring Sukuk between Fiqh and Practice”. She is responsible for a team of researchers and consultants in all areas of Islamic Financial Services (IFS). She conducted studies and researches on the IFS subject with works include - accounting for Takaful Insurance & Code of Ethics for IFS. Also, she developed and trained industry professionals on “Code of Ethics for the Employees of Islamic Insurance and Banking Companies”, “Islamic Financial Institutional Standards” and “Takaful Insurance”. She attended seminars and participated in several conferences as a main speaker and expert in round table discussions. She is a contributing writer with over 400 compositions on different Islamic economy issues to Al Ghad newspaper – Jordan & Islamic Finance and Investment magazine – Saudi Arabia.
