  •  Historical financial statements:
    In conjunction with a Public Circular or an IPO, for example, a client will be required to provide historical financial statement figures. These figures may be required to be reviewed and an opinion issued by a Reporting Accountant. This requires an audit sign off and in certain circumstances, may require restatement of prior year figures.

  • Completion Accounts Work:
    As part of an acquisition, a set of completion accounts may be drawn up to help determine the final consideration paid for the company or assets acquired. These are likely to be prepared in reference to the sale and purchase agreement.
