Accountants Report

  •  Historical financial statements:
    In conjunction with a Public Circular or an IPO, for example, a client will be required to provide historical financial statement figures. These figures may be required to be reviewed and an opinion issued by a Reporting Accountant. This requires an audit sign off and in certain circumstances, may require restatement of prior year figures.
